The staff was incredibly kind and always greeted me with a smile. They really went above and beyond to make my experience feel luxurious. The room was spacious and well-equipped, and the wifi reception was excellent. I especially loved the restaurant, where I enjoyed a varied and delicious breakfast and dinner. The overall atmosphere was warm and inviting, and I even had the chance to interact with the owner's friendly dog. All in all, everything was good here.

The hotel was situated right by the Zalakaros, Behiakpuszta bus stop, just 10 minutes walking distance. Free parking available if you need it. The pool was perfect for us.

The city we visited was great for a city break. the hotel's location was close to the city center, making it easy to explore the surroundings. the breakfast was quite enjoyable, with a decent variety of options to choose from.

The hotel was not as advertised - the room was not as clean as we had hoped for and some of the amenities were outdated. the staff was not very welcoming and didn't seem to be interested in helping us with anything.
